Custom supplement pouches for Strubby brands
Custom printed pouches for Strubby supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Strubby brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Strubby questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Strubby, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Strubby?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Strubby is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Strubby
Any food supplement sold from Strubby must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. In Lincolnshire, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Lincolnshire.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
