Custom supplement pouches for Tetney brands
Custom printed pouches for Tetney supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Tetney brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Tetney deliveries go out by tracked courier to DN36.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Tetney address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.

Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Tetney
Products you sell from Tetney must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
