Thealby questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Thealby address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Who checks supplement labels in North Lincolnshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for North Lincolnshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in Thealby to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Thealby deliveries go by tracked delivery to DN15.
Printed pouches for Thealby brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
