Custom supplement pouches for Tinhay brands
Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement businesses in Tinhay and across Devon, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Tinhay brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Common questions in Tinhay
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Tinhay?
Tinhay is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Tinhay, showing our materials and finishes.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.

Supplement labelling rules for Tinhay
Products you sell from Tinhay must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Devon.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
