Twemlow Green questions
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Who checks supplement labels in Cheshire East?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cheshire East, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Twemlow Green?
Twemlow Green is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Twemlow Green to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Twemlow Green deliveries go by tracked delivery to CW4.
