Questions from Tyler's Green brands
Who enforces food labelling in Surrey?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Surrey, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Tyler's Green, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do you only work with Tyler's Green businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Tyler's Green orders go by tracked delivery to RH9.
