FAQs for Upper Bentley
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Upper Bentley address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who enforces food labelling in Worcestershire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Worcestershire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
