FAQs for Upper Caldecote
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Upper Caldecote?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Upper Caldecote is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Upper Caldecote?
Upper Caldecote is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do I need to be based in Upper Caldecote to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Upper Caldecote orders go by tracked courier to SG18.
