Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Weekley
Products you sell from Weekley must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Northamptonshire.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Printed pouches for Weekley brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

FAQs for Weekley
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Weekley address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in Northamptonshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northamptonshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you only work with Weekley businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Weekley deliveries go out by tracked delivery to NN16.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
