West Rounton questions
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in West Rounton, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in West Rounton to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. West Rounton deliveries go out by tracked courier to DL6.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from West Rounton?
West Rounton is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
