Questions from Wheelock brands
What’s the lead time for pouches to Wheelock?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Wheelock is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I need to be based in Wheelock to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Wheelock orders go out by tracked courier to CW11.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who enforces food labelling in Cheshire East?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cheshire East, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Printed pouches for Wheelock brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
