Common questions in Whessoe
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you only work with Whessoe businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Whessoe deliveries go by tracked courier to DL3.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Whessoe, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Darlington?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Darlington, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Whessoe?
Whessoe is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
