Questions from Whitcott Keysett brands
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Whitcott Keysett?
Whitcott Keysett is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Whitcott Keysett?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Whitcott Keysett is usually the next working day after dispatch.
