Common questions in Whiteley Green
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Whiteley Green, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Whiteley Green?
Whiteley Green is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
