Questions from Whitewell brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Whitewell?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Whitewell is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Whitewell, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Whitewell?
Whitewell is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Printed pouches for Whitewell brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
