Questions from Wickridge Street brands
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Wickridge Street address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Gloucestershire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Gloucestershire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in Wickridge Street to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Wickridge Street orders go out by tracked delivery to GL19.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Wickridge Street?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Wickridge Street is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Wickridge Street brands
