Common questions in Wigsley
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Wigsley, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Who enforces food labelling in Nottinghamshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Nottinghamshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Printed pouches for Wigsley brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
