Windmill Hill questions
How long do printed pouches take to reach Windmill Hill?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Windmill Hill is usually the next working day after dispatch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Who checks supplement labels in East Sussex?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for East Sussex, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
