Wixoe questions
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Wixoe?
Wixoe is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Wixoe?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Wixoe is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Wixoe, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Printed pouches for Wixoe brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
