Printed pouches for Woodhall brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Common questions in Woodhall
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Woodhall?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Woodhall is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Woodhall, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Woodhall
Any food supplement sold from Woodhall must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. In Leeds, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Leeds.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
