FAQs for Y Fan
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do I need to be based in Y Fan to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Y Fan deliveries go out by tracked delivery to SY18.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Y Fan?
Y Fan is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Y Fan?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Y Fan is usually the next working day after dispatch.
