Any food supplement sold from Burdrop must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.

What the check covers for Burdrop brands
We read your label line by line: the supplement statements, the nutrient table and %NRV maths, ingredients and allergens, claims, text size and traceability. You get a written report you can act on or pass to your designer. It’s a practical review, not legal advice. For assured advice, a Primary Authority partnership is the next step. We check labels designed and printed anywhere, including ones from other printers.
