Common questions in California
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from California?
California is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
