Questions from Casmorys brands

What do I get back?

A written, point-by-point report, with each item marked fine, advised or must fix, plus suggested wording.

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Casmorys, showing our materials and finishes before you order.

Do I need to be based in Casmorys to order?

No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Casmorys orders go by tracked delivery to SA62.

What if my labels are already printed?

We can still check them. If we find problems, we’ll tell you what must change now and what can wait for the next run.

Is this the same as Trading Standards advice?

No. Trading Standards for Pembrokeshire enforce labelling law; we give an independent practical check before you print.

What the check covers for Casmorys brands

We read your label line by line: the supplement statements, the nutrient table and %NRV maths, ingredients and allergens, claims, text size and traceability. You get a written report you can act on or pass to your designer. This is a practical check rather than legal advice. If you need advice councils must respect, a Primary Authority partnership is the next step. We check labels designed and printed anywhere, not just our own.

Rules in Wales

Label rules that apply in Casmorys

Any food supplement sold from Casmorys must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency in Wales. In Pembrokeshire, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.

Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.

A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
