Supplement label compliance check in Isleham
Send us your label and we’ll tell you, in writing, what must change before it goes on sale from Isleham.
What the check covers for Isleham brands
Send your artwork or draft copy. We review it against the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, the food information rules and the GB nutrition and health claims register, and send back a written report with every point marked as fine, advised or must fix. This is a practical check rather than legal advice. If you need advice councils must respect, a Primary Authority partnership is the next step. The check covers any label, whoever designed or printed it, including ones from other printers.

Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Isleham
Products you sell from Isleham must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. In Cambridgeshire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cambridgeshire.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Questions from Isleham brands
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Isleham, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you only work with Isleham businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Isleham deliveries go out by tracked delivery to CB7.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How quickly do you review a label?
We confirm the turnaround when you send your label.
What if my labels are already printed?
We’ll still check them. If we find problems, we’ll tell you what must change now and what can wait for the next run.
