Supplement labelling rules for Powys
Any food supplement sold from Powys must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. Locally, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Powys.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
