Supplement labelling rules for Rogiet
Products you sell from Rogiet must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency in Wales. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.

Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Do you only work with Rogiet businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Rogiet orders go by tracked delivery to NP26.
What if my labels are already printed?
We’ll still check them. If we find problems, we’ll tell you what must change now and what can wait for the next run.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Rogiet, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Rogiet?
Rogiet is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
