Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Birchett's Green
Supplements sold from Birchett's Green must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In East Sussex, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for East Sussex.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

How design works for Birchett's Green businesses
We work online, so you don’t need a local agency. We start with a short video call or written brief, then send first concepts. Your label is built around the legal panel, so nothing has to be squeezed in later. Each design comes with a compliance check and print-ready files with the correct dieline. Bring your existing logo and colours, or we can create them from scratch, from a single label to a full range.
