Questions from Brent Pelham brands
Can you design a whole range?
Yes. A range design gives you a system: colour-coded products, a shared back-panel layout and templates for new SKUs.
Who checks supplement labels in Hertfordshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Hertfordshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in Brent Pelham to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Brent Pelham orders go by tracked delivery to SG9.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Brent Pelham?
Brent Pelham is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Brent Pelham address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
