Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for East Perry
Supplements sold from East Perry must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In Cambridgeshire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cambridgeshire.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

How design works for East Perry businesses
Send us your formula, pack size and any brand assets. We design the back panel to the rules first, then the front to sell, and send concepts for you to choose from. You can bring your own logo and colours or start from scratch. Each design comes with a compliance check and print-ready files set up with bleed and a dieline, whether you print with us or elsewhere.

Who enforces food labelling in Cambridgeshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cambridgeshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your East Perry address, showing our materials and finishes.
