Supplement labelling rules for Hoton
Products you sell from Hoton must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

How design works for Hoton businesses
Send us your formula, pack size and any brand assets. We design the back panel to the rules first, then the front to sell, and send concepts for you to choose from. Bring your existing logo and colours, or we can create them from scratch. Every design includes a compliance check and print-ready files set up with bleed and a dieline, ready for any printer.
