Rules in Scotland
Label rules that apply in Moor of Granary
Products you sell from Moor of Granary must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of Food Standards Scotland. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Moray.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
