Ashburton questions
Do you only work with Ashburton businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Ashburton orders go out by tracked courier to TQ13.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who checks supplement labels in Devon?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Devon, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Ashburton, showing our materials and finishes.
Printed pouches for Ashburton brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
