Common questions in Baston
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Baston address, showing our materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in Lincolnshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Lincolnshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you only work with Baston businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Baston orders go out by tracked delivery to PE6.
Printed pouches for Baston brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
