Printed supplement pouches in Boncath
Custom printed pouches for Boncath supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Boncath brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Rules in Wales
Label rules that apply in Boncath
Products you sell from Boncath must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Questions from Boncath brands
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Boncath address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Boncath?
Boncath is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
