Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Pen-y-bryn with the artwork checked against UK labelling rules.
Printed pouches for Pen-y-bryn brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Pen-y-bryn questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Pen-y-bryn, showing our materials and finishes.
Do I need to be based in Pen-y-bryn to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Pen-y-bryn deliveries go out by tracked delivery to SA43.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
