Questions from Brighstone brands
What’s the lead time for pouches to Brighstone?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Brighstone is usually two working days after dispatch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Brighstone?
Brighstone is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Brighstone, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Printed pouches for Brighstone brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
