Shorwell questions
Do I need to be based in Shorwell to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Shorwell orders go out by tracked delivery to PO30.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Isle of Wight?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Isle of Wight, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
