FAQs for Burbage
Do you only work with Burbage businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Burbage deliveries go by tracked courier to SN8.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Burbage?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Burbage is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Burbage, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Printed pouches for Burbage brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Burbage
Products you sell from Burbage must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In Wiltshire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Wiltshire.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
