Crookedholm questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Crookedholm?
Crookedholm is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do I need to be based in Crookedholm to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Crookedholm deliveries go out by tracked courier to KA3.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Crookedholm?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Crookedholm is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Crookedholm brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
