Custom supplement pouches for Darracott brands
Custom printed pouches for Darracott supplement brands that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Darracott brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Darracott questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Darracott?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Darracott is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Who checks supplement labels in Devon?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Devon, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Darracott, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
