Custom supplement pouches for Digby brands
Custom printed pouches for Digby supplement brands that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Digby brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.

FAQs for Digby
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Digby, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
