Printed supplement pouches in Douglas
Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement businesses in Douglas and across South Lanarkshire, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Douglas brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Questions from Douglas brands
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do I need to be based in Douglas to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Douglas orders go out by tracked delivery to ML11.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Douglas?
Douglas is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
