FAQs for Ely
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Who enforces food labelling in Cambridgeshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cambridgeshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in Ely to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Ely deliveries go out by tracked delivery to CB6.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Ely address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.

When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
