Printed supplement pouches in Firbeck
Custom printed pouches for Firbeck supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Firbeck brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Common questions in Firbeck
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Do I need to be based in Firbeck to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Firbeck orders go out by tracked courier to S81.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Firbeck?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Firbeck is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Firbeck
Any food supplement sold from Firbeck must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
