Common questions in Halling
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do I need to be based in Halling to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Halling deliveries go out by tracked delivery to ME2.
Who enforces food labelling in Medway?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Medway, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
