Supplement pouch printing for Scarborough, Medway
Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement businesses in Scarborough and across Medway, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Scarborough brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Questions from Scarborough brands
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Scarborough, showing our materials and finishes.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Who checks supplement labels in Medway?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Medway, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Scarborough
Products you sell from Scarborough must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Medway, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
