Questions from Peters Village brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Who checks supplement labels in Medway?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Medway, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Peters Village?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Peters Village is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Peters Village, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
