Questions from Haywood Oaks brands
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Haywood Oaks?
Haywood Oaks is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Who enforces food labelling in Nottinghamshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Nottinghamshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Haywood Oaks?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Haywood Oaks is usually the next working day after dispatch.
