Custom printed pouches for Huntstile supplement brands that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Common questions in Huntstile
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Huntstile?
Huntstile is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you only work with Huntstile businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Huntstile deliveries go out by tracked courier to TA5.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Printed pouches for Huntstile brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Huntstile
Any food supplement sold from Huntstile must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
